Waited long for refund

Look I hired someone and they were not a fit for the job despite all the efforts of explaining I agreed to wait to be refunded as this person is stressful to work with but I do not want to ruin their rep but I need the credit so I can continue to hire the lady who understands the gig sos

If you haven’t already done so, go into the order page and find the resolution centre.

From there you can cancel the gig.

If you can’t do that for any reason, then please contact Customer Services.
