Waiting for a report but contact cannot be contacted

Hi, I paid $120 for a report on the 26th of Sept, I wanted to send a message earlier to ask how it’s coming along but I am receiving the following message " xxxx may not be contacted at this time."

Can someone advise please ?

Please contact CS and ask them if your seller is still available as you got that message when trying to contact him/her. In the case your seller’s account is no longer available, you can ask for refund.
