Sometimes, you might want to leave a great seller great feedback to help them and other buyers out, but you’re hesitant about having your delivery shown along with your review and in the seller’s portfolio for privacy reasons. No problem - you still can leave feedback!
Once you already left feedback with the “work sample”, it can only be removed by customer support (not by the seller) and you’ll have to file a ticket to ask support to remove it, so it’s less bothersome to simply DIY by paying attention to that thumbnail when writing your review:
“As a buyer, you can add or remove a work sample to their review. To remove the work sample, please click the ( - ) button on the work sample thumbnail while writing your review.”

Rating Your Order
Feedback is an essential part of the Fiverr marketplace. It’s where buyers and sellers can rate their experience after working with each other. Feedback ratings are made up of a five star rating system and made available to both buyers and sellers after an order is delivered (and after the order is marked as Completed for sellers).
Comments made while rating your experience will appear on the seller’s page (under Reviews ), with an accompanying work sample when eligible (as part of the Live Portfolio feature).
- As a buyer, you can add or remove a work sample to their review. To remove the work sample, please click the ( - ) button on the work sample thumbnail while writing your review.
- Buyers and sellers have 10 days to leave feedback.
And don’t worry that your seller might be unhappy if you don’t allow the work sample to be displayed - of course, sellers who did a great job would love if others could see that work sample, but a rating/feedback without work sample will still be much appreciated and they understand that some buyers might not want the work sample to show because of privacy concerns.
