We on the forums are not Customer Support, merely buyers and sellers like you. If you want to know the details of the message you will need to reach out to CS.

I highly suggest you take the time to read the ToS, the Community Standards, and the Privacy Policy, as well as all the articles in the Seller help Center . I suspect you’ll be able to find the rules you’ve broken.
