Watermark on final accepted logo

Hi all,

I recent reached out to a graphic designer on here for logo design. The artists did great, and told me that the watermark will be removed after final product was accepted. I have accepted and payed however, the watermark is still there? I’ve tried reaching out to the graphic artist and have gotten no response. Any tips?

I noticed that the fiverr watermark is usually there when you click the preview instead of the download

This watermark comes from fiverr system. It will be removed automatically. If not removed, wait sometimes. After that you can connect with fiverr customer service.
