Watermark still on image

I’m fairly new to using Fiverr (3 weeks) and I’m onto my third purchase. However, on my recent purchase, I have approved the image, it is now showing as completed, yet every time I download the image, the Fiverr watermark is still showing. Am I missing something? Doing something wrong perhaps?

I have closed the app down & tried again 3 times yet it is still there. I messaged the seller explaining the situation and asking for the image sent direct but they just replied with ‘it should be removed as order is complete’.

Any suggestions?
