Sometimes when clients accept the order the watermark still remains there. Why does that happen?
The Fiverr watermark will disappear when a buyer accepts delivery. If the delivery is not approved within the system, the watermark will remain.
I know that. But clients report me of this issue after completing the order! Isn’t it strange?

As a customer, I had the problem each time with the iPhone application but the watermarks are removed correctly on the web version.
I think that is an iOS Fiverr app bug.
I get some customers like this. Ask them to complete the order, refresh the page and re-download the files. That might work.
