Watting pending clearance

I’ve some dollar for pending clearance since 2 months. I contacted fiverr support several times, they always told
’"Thank you for following up with us regarding this matter. I am very sorry to hear this has not yet resolved and on behalf of Fiverr I would like to apologise because of this.

Please be patient and as soon as this is reviewed someone will follow up with you in this ticket."".

Can anyone suggest me something what will I do now ?

This is something I haven’t heard before. CS is the place where you can get this problem solved.

I haven’t heard of this problem ever before, either - unfortunately only CS can assist you, so you’ll have to be patient - we can’t do anything and we can’t suggest anything else since this is a technical issue that only Fiverr can address, especially if they acknowledged the problem.
