Way too many messaging options!

I’m finding it quite cumbersome to navigate all the messaging options as a seller. Maybe I’m missing something here, but you’ve got separate Inbox and Notifications folders (WHY?), then the Order Page chat is separate from the Inbox. And now the Collaboration Tool allows the buyer to leave messages that don’t show up in the Inbox or within the Order Page chat. Can’t this be streamlined??


The reason that they have separate inboxes for the order page and the main inbox is because sometimes buyers just order without contacting the seller, and they just chat right there on the order page.

However, I agree that it can be a little too much, but I think the overall goal is to help keep everything more organized and easier to manage!
