I posted a false alarm about this months ago, but I’m happy to report that it’s the real deal this time. I reviewed a buyer, was shown the buyer’s review, and THEN, given the opportunity to respond to the buyer’s review publicly!

It is a happy day, Fiverr sellers. Thank you Fiverr: I’m extremely grateful to have this back.
