We have MOVED your GiG. Update ASAP

Just yesterday I got a notification from fiverr: We’ve moved your gig. Update metadata & pricing ASAP.
I checked my gig, and the sub category had changed. This is affecting my incoming orders, they have decreased significantly. I contacted customer support right away. What I want to know is is there anybody whose sub-category was restored after the complain. Because I really need it back. Thankyou everyone!

where did they move your gig ?

They changed the sub-category

at the moment that doesn’t tell us anything , also only support can help

No. They didn’t help me. I decided to make another new gig, and that gig became my bestseller.
