We need a new way to see how reliable a seller is

I have terrible cancellation ratio, but it’s not from mutual cancellations, I’ve been away for 1-2 months, I had a major surgery and haven’t been able to even type www.fiverr.com 🙂 So you can imagine all the orders being deadline canceled. Now I am back I have 39% cancellation ratio and 89% positive ratings, when I left it I had 100% ratings and no cancellations! So all im trying to say is basing a sellers reliability on cancellation ratio is wrong. For scammers just have a report button and kick there %^%£ out of here. After 2-3 days of inactivity just flag someone as inactive and pause there gigs. What do you think!?
