We need regular breaks from having to answer messages within 24 hours

I have been answering messages within 24 hours for years now and need to take a break from the computer for a few days. Why not allow us time off from having to answer messages for a few days occasionally? Maybe on weekends we could set our response rate to 48 hours as one example.

When I get about 50 messages a day it’s tiring to work at this 7 days a week for months and years simply having to answer within 24 hours. I don’t want a vacation except from messages sometimes.
