Web scraping is a demanding service?

i would like to create new gig for web scraping .whats your opinion about the demand of that service .

You could create a gig for it if you are skilled in it. Though it doesn’t seem to be one of the most in-demand services. And I don’t think it will be one of the most profitable (logo gigs seem to be the most in-demand but there’s lots of competition for those).
