Website and Blog Features-Allow site visitors to contact us and make custom orders from blogs or sit

I would like a feature that lets visitors contact us directly from external websites. When the person presses the contact button, it launches a FIVERR contact page for our accounts where user can easily send us a message or custom requests. I also would like a feature that lets you put the Request Custom order button or badge on our personal sites and blogs. this would launch the fiverr. Lastly, I would like to be able to paste my ratings on my website.
