Weird Buyer requests Language

Hi there,
Recently, i have been noticing that the buyer requests i am getting are quite weird.
Like most of the buyer requests start with some unknown language.
For eg
K ogun oni pawa mon dami lamu
Eyi ni si olorunmi opor
ma send eeeeeeeeeeeee ooooooooooooo
maaafooo
hello omo iyaaaaaa miiii
OMO OLOGO HOW FAR
ma send eeee japaaaa

What is this language? The buyer requests are starting from these requests then goes their request. Is anyone else noticing this or is it just me? Are these scam requests, though till now I haven’t submitted my proposal to them.
