What about buyer scams?

Hello! I made an order for an ************* guy, everything went well, the order was completed and he liked it, I make designs for streamers.

after completing the order a few days later i get a copyright notice from fiver and i found out he reported me for copyright although i delivered nothing that was copied or had any copyright claims by anyone, fiver gave me a warning and took my money away and my gigs impressions have dropped drastically.

I have opened a ticket in support there is no response and its been 10 days, i have all the proof of my work but i dont know what to do, that person is still using my provided designs and screens and animations. i will share the link just so you guys are safe and please guide me.
