What achievements do we need, to get Level 1 seller?

Hello everyone,



i would like to ask your feedback on this, i am more than 30 days a member of Fivver community and i deliver more than 20 orders all with positive feedback.



When i was checking the Levels Page i saw this post:



"You’ve been active on the site for 30 days and completed at least 10 orders while maintaining excellent ratings and a great track record. You’ll automatically be promoted to Level One. At this Level, you’ll gain additional features making it easier for you to offer more advanced services and generate higher income."



So i was expecting than once i pass the milestones of the 30 days and 10 orders with positive feedback i will be promoted to Level 1 automatically. Well i pass both of the milestones few days ago but i dint get the to Level 1 yet!



Did this happen to anyone else, what was the issue and how did you solve it?

I see that our account reads you’ve been a member “about one month” … I think they tend to use the phrase “about” when they don’t yet see it as being 1 month



So you’re probably just not yet 30 days in.

@anarchofighter yeah it reads “about one month” but i know in fact when i sign up and is more than 31 days! Now if it counts the day one starting from the date i received my first order then this is a diferent thing!
