What can be done?

I wanted to ask if anything can be done.

I’m a voice over and I’ve had a few gigs now that the buyer has not had enough gigs booked to cover the work.

I know I can send a message and tell them that a mistake has been made, but if like has already happened, the buyer is on the other side of the world, the time differance between us means that not only is the timer still counting down but it also means that I have less time to do the gig.



What should I do in this situation?

Can fiverr put a pause button on the timer IF the buyer has not forfilled the requierments?

Long shot I know, but had to asked.

Depending on how much time you have, you can leave a message to the buyer informing about this.

But there isn’t any pause button available.

If the time is really less like 1 day, then you can cancel the order. And when the buyer replies then request for a new one with the right funds.
