What can be the reason?

I got two buyers message in my inbox. The same thing happened for the two buyers. I got one buyers message on 22 hours ago which I replied also. Now I am seeing in the inbox that (buyer user name) can no longer be contacted. This will not affect your response rate. What can be the reason? It happened same thing for previous buyer that case I was unable to reply.

That message means the user is no longer on Fiverr. They were probably banned for sending spam messages.
