What can I do to get less 4.7 reviews?

I’m a new seller with 12 reviews so far. Everything is going great and I’m getting lots of orders and positive feedback, but my star reviews are not the best. Lots of buyers leave a good comment but seem to randomly leave a 4.7 review just for the sake of it. This usually isn’t an issue but my latest review dropped my average from 4.9 to 4.8, which I’m worried could have an impact on my sales. Is there anything I could do about this?

It is easy answer.

Deliver service as described, communicate as best as you can and cross fingers for that recommend to a friend staff.

Stick to TOS is the precondition of course.

This happens because people with fat thumbs are rating you via the Fiverr app and aren’t hitting the fifth star as precisely as they should be.

Sadly, there is nothing you can do about it. Even mentioning the word ‘review’ when talking to buyers can result in a warning. This being the case, telling a buyer that they have fat hands and should hit the gym more or eat less would be the ultimate faux pas.

Just live with it for now and keep your (hopefully slender) fingers crossed that only people with skinny hands will order from you in future. 🤞
