What can i do to keep my level one badge

I think im going to loose my badge after 15th. can any one help me to do something for this?

It seems as if you have maintained a 5 star rating over the course of 60 days, so this must be a glitch. Contact CS as soon as possible to that it can get fixed.

I know, but if I go onto your profile, you still have a 5 star rating. As far as I know, you shouldn’t be demoted. There could be something I don’t know, though. :woman_shrugging:t5:
