What can seller do

if a client put an order,but doesn’t leave any requirement,and no response too.we can resolve it by the resolution center,but it will affect the seller. is there any other way to resolve the problem? anyone know that now?

You can contact Support and ask if they can cancel it without an impact to you. As far as I know, it will still affect your completion rate but there is always a chance they will do something different. There isn’t any other option.
