What can you do about incomplete orders?

Hi, I have been on Fiverr for over a year now, since then I have a lot of Incomplete gigs in my “active” box. Some have been there for Months now. I have been messaging them for a while , but I can’t seem to get any response from them, I have about 50-60 incomplete orders, What can be done about these incomplete orders? Do they eventually auto-complete? Can Customer Support help with this problem? I dont want to cancel them as they will end up adding in my cancellation list for no reason,

I’m sure some of you have had this same experience/frustration.
