What Do I Do When a Buyer Cannot Be Contacted Directly?

Some buyers ask questions before they order, but I cannot reply to their message or view their info because they have their security setting set so that I cannot contact them directly. How do I let them know I’ve received their message? Should I just let them go because they’re too stupid to realise they have prevented me from answering their questions? I’m new to this!
