Sorry for the non-Fiverr post, but I wanted to see what people thought of my logo that I’m making for myself. 
I’m an illustrator, not a logo designer, so I would very much appreciate any advice from people who actually know what they’re doing. 
I like it, but I’m concerned it’s too involved. Any tips?
I think it looks dope, kinda shows the whole illustration process in just one image which is cool.
This. At first I was gonna ask whether this is unfinished, but then reading this comment made me look at it again and made me realize its total ingenuity. Genius idea, actually! Thinking outside the box. Very dope.
Yeah, it’s perfect like this IMHO. You could also put Taylor underneath to make it less horizontal, and it would fit inside a gig thumbnail. 
I do not know about logo, but you did great job with ILLESTRATOR
What is more unique in your name? Your first or your last?
This places focus on the last, which is fine if you wish it that way, like Nagel or Dali.
In what context will this be used? My concern is that it may work to overpower the image itself. Which can be fine if you are like Nike - in which case people are buying the brand more than the product.
Logos are a very tricky thing and far more than just a little pic you stick on things (of which this is nice and clever in its own way).
