What happened to the "processing" fee, is it gone?

I am asking because I bought three gigs in the last month and they were $5 clean dollars each, so I was wondering is the processing fee gone, or does it only apply to certain gigs as some people suggested?

From Fiverr’s TOS:

When purchasing from your seller’s balance (i.e. out of your earned revenues) or buyer’s shopping balance (resulting from any credits or refunds) you will not be charged a processing fee. Funds returned to your balance from cancelled orders will not include processing fees paid.



Are you using the balance stated above to pay the orders?
