What Happens if buyer didn't provide information for order (order doesn't start)

Hello Everyone…

I have some orders in past without buyer information. Actually that orders doesn’t start yet. I have only option on that time, Only Nudge. Can I cancel that orders ? I tried to contact sellers through order, but they didn’t response. Have you guys got this issue too ? what you do for these type of orders ??

I had. But he accidentally press accept button instead of removing. Then keeps sending sorry over and over that I have to cancel. So yeah, good decision for cancelling it.

I haven’t tried on posting buyer request in serious manner. But maybe on my bestfriends birthday. Thinking of a good idea. hehehehe

I usually wait up to 10 hours then cancel the order if they never respond.

Thanks your reply. But this is not regarding Buyer requests. This happens when ordered gig without buyer information. So orders doesn’t started. But it’s appears on Sales Page.
