What happens if I don't receive what I paid for?

Hello everyone. I’m new on fiverr, and I want to buy a gig. The thing is, when I first saw the description of the gig it interested me, and I added it to the favorites. A few days later I saw the same link, and the title of the gig has changed. Today, the seller changed the title again for what he had when I first saw it. I contacted him and he said he had updated the gig.



So what I want to know exactly is, if I buy something on fiverr, and the seller changes the description of his gig, and doesn’t give me what I ordered, how can I be sure that I will have my money back?



Or if I buy a gig, and don’t receive what I am waiting for, how can I have the money back?

Should I print screen what I am buying and save in my computer, to send to the fiverr team in case I don’t receive what I ordered? I’m posting this question here because I don’t even find a way to contact with fiverr team, like a direct support or something like that…

When you signed up for Fiverr, you were asked to read and agree to the Terms of Service, which includes:

:black_medium_small_square:Order cancellations (when eligible) can be performed by customer support only up to a period of 10 days from order completion date. We will not be able to cancel orders after that time.

:black_medium_small_square:Disputes should be handled using Fiverr’s dispute resolution tools (‘Resolution Center’ on the order page) or by contacting Fiverr customer support.



Disputes

:black_medium_small_square:We encourage our buyers and sellers to try and settle conflicts amongst themselves. If for any reason this fails, users can contact Fiverr’s customer support department for assistance here.

:black_medium_small_square:Fiverr will not refund payments made for cancelled orders back to your payment provider. Funds from order refunds are returned to the buyer’s balance and are available for future purchases on Fiverr.
