What happens when a buyer buys your order but fails to send over the instructions!

Hi, I have about 4 or 5 gigs ordered that are sitting incomplete because the buyer hasn’t delivered the required information. What will happen to these gigs? Will they stay there forever? Will I get paid anyway?

The best thing to do is to contact the seller and send them a polite reminder. Sometimes if a seller is new to Fiverr they may not know that you have to fill out requirements and in some cases it can even happen by accident. The Fiverr Customer Service team are the best here and your surrounded by an amazing team of users here, so feel free to ad what anyone else thinks but thats my opinion. BTW: You don’t get paid until the instructions are filled out and if you don’t do anything they’ll stay there…
