What how many buyers leave feedback for your gig?

#1

Hi Guys,

I’m just wondering what percentage of people leave feedback, and for what types of gigs. I have done only a few content writing gigs, but everyone gave me feedback.

I’m just wondering if this is the case for different types of gigs

Hi! So far, I got a feedback from everyone and all the jobs I’ve finished, were pleasure to work on, so it’s a win-win situation.

Depending on what your gig is, and the amount of orders you do this can vary a lot.

Once you hit over 1000 sales, for my gigs the number drops to about 70-75% leave feedback.

Once you hit 3000 orders, again, for me I’m seeing about 60-65%.

This is based on a few different gigs, and I’ve seen another topic here on Fiverr that pretty much says the same thing.

Again though, it kind of depends on what your gig is.

When I was within my first 200 gigs I had a 90-92% response and positive rating.

So far I have had about 95% of my clients leaving feedback. For everyone that does I make sure to say something positive and uplifting for each.

One of the factors that play a role once you start getting lots of orders (Read my previous post) is repeat clients or clients that order more than one gig, but in the same order.

Repeat clients, if they’ve been clients for a while tend to stop leaving feedback. I guess they figure that they’ve left “X” amount of comments in the past so they simply stop.

And, let’s say 1 person orders 5 units of your gig. When they leave feedback it only counts as 1 gig, but 5 sales. So that’s where the percentage begins to drop down.

Uh… Wow. I’m at about 33% feedback…

#7

For me it’s around 50%. What I noticed is that when I place a reminder to place a feedback at the end of my delivery message, buyers are more likely to leave feedback and comments

Depends on how you talk to the buyer . If you offer him a good experience ,always respond at each update, keep him up to date with the progress on his order, changes are that he is going to leave a great feedback.

Reply to @rodesigners: works for me

Reply to @bigbadbilly: Sometimes I’m out of ideas. There are a few I have bought 5 gigs from, and after the 3rd I’m thinking do they really wanna hear great job again? I will say you never cease to amaze me to one guy, or you’ve done it again… then I wonder whether I should just give a thumbs up instead?

#11

I have a lot of gigs and see feedback from about 75% of my buyers.

#12

I would say it is down to how quick you deliver and whether you ask for it or not!

I think we go through stages of getting around 50%-75% Feedback.

#13

about 80% of my buyers. Im always reply comment all the feedbacks

#14

Hey Tom! I am averaging about 90% and the other 10 I make sure I send a follow-up message for them to leave a bit of feedback, It helps a lot.

#15

People provided me 3 Feedbacks in 5 Gigs actually i have 100% Rated  But buyers very lazy to provide the feedback

#16

I get about a 90% at the moment. When buyers don’t leave feedback, I often “check in” to see that everything worked out, as I do things that often get printed.

#17

I’ve got 100% right now, so I’m pretty lucky!

#18

About 4 out of 5 buyers leave feedback.

Had a buyer leave a comment that he messaged 5 other programmers who said they couldn’t do the job before I said I could do it. Only then I realised why he was skeptical about taking the job without first looking at his site… Then I had another idiot recently leave negative comment because I refused to do additional work on their site even after I had delivered TWICE!! The comment was totally unfair.

My gig is web design. I love receiving positive feedback!
