What if a seller opens more than one accounts on Fiverr?

There are many instances that some people create two or more accounts? I wanna ask whether it is allowed and if not what if somebody violates the rule?

One person one account …You are not allowed to create multiple accounts. It is against of fiverr TOS. You can read fiverr TOS here.
