Hello, I am seller. I was wondering while creating a new Gig. Lets say I select X days for a service to deliver. But then I got another thing to worry about, what if the customer bought the Gigs and somehow delays to provide information/resources/login credentials that are necessary to get started or finish the task.
In short what happens or idle to do when customer does not response within delivery deadline for the required information that is necessary for completing the task.
Its just to know beforehand so if I face such situation, at least I will know how to deal with it.
Note: I am aware of the section “Tell your buyer what you need to get started.”
