What if my gig breaks the ToA?

In the ToA is says "Requesting or providing Email addresses, s***e/IM usernames, telephone numbers or any other personal contact details (other than your name) is not permitted."

What if my gig requires going against the ToA? Is there any way to make an exception? I am wondering because I have a really great service many people will love (asked people on facebook and in person).
