What is conversion rate? What a good conversion rate?

I am new person. Recently I have got my 1st order but my conversion rat 0.15%. So what can i do???

Please give me some effective solution.

Usually, a good conversion rate is >10% . Anyway it depends. Because as you can imagine, depending the field, typical rates can be good also when 5-10%. GIGs with low average selling prices are not profitable in this case, though.
