This is a worrying post!
If you were a buyer wanting data scraping, then you would know what it is.
Therefore you must be a seller considering offering such a service. 
There are loads of nonsense ‘tutorials’ online that talk about easy money-making gigs - things like logo design, Photoshop and data scraping. But you have to be skilled at a service before offering it. The sooner some sellers realise this the better.
