What is going on, Fiverr CS assists buyer to do wrong thing?

I had a new order on November 12, and my gig delivery time (after adding gig extra) is 9 days.

Then after only 2 days later (November 14) the buyer said “HI, THIS IS TAKING TOO LONG CAN I HAVE A REFUND?”.

I was doing artwork for that order and thought that it had so many days ahead, so I temporarily didn’t check that order status.

Then the buyer submit request to Fiverr CS, and they really cancel that order, that’s FORCE cancellation. The order was having many days ahead before deadline, I was doing the artwork, then Fiverr CS allow the buyer to forcefully cancel!. I have no idea what are you doing?
