What is the best way to send proposal and get your buyer

It’s hard to get orders from Buyer Requests. The best advice would be to not use canned responses and write the offer yourself, to sound like it was meant for that buyer alone and not a general offer you copy-paste. But! (ofc there’s a but) If you do that, you will sometimes end up writing your offer and the moment you click the send button, it will say in red “Oops, something went wrong. Try again (or something)” That’s when he can’t receive more offers and it’s gone. So maybe try to write some part of the offer yourself (maybe the beginning) and continue with the copy-paste to fill in your expertise, what you offer and your portfolio, if you have/need one. But it’s really hard. Expect sending 50 offers and not get a single response back.
