What is the Buyer request updating time?

I hope buyer request are most good thing to find buyers, So anyone else know buyer request updating times in EST ?
I think they are updating it time schedule. 🙂

I have noticed they tend to update twice a day. For me, it tends to be around 4PM and 11PM (local time). I usually check before heading to bed, and they seem to be updating at around 11PM. Usually pretty consistently. But that's just my experience....
