tajulctg57
I know about Five but what is rr mean. Can anyone explain? Thanks
woofy31
Actually, you got it wrong. It’s “Fiver” (not five) with a single extra “r”, and “Fiver” means a 5-dollar bill. That extra “R” next to “fiver” might be something to make it stand out more, or some other brand-specific thing. But did you know that you can type “fiver.com” with just a single “r” and it will still open Fiverr? 😉

andresworkshop
Well, as mentioned above, “Fiver” is a slang term, mainly used in the United States that means a 5-dollar bill - which is the lowest amount of money you can charge on the website. I’m assuming the inclusion of the “r” on the end is just to give the name a bit of individuality 🙂

I tried it and you are right. 🙂Maybe an extra ‘r’ means $5+ and that is what Fiverr is doing after getting started with just $5? 😜
woofy31
Same 😯Maybe an extra ‘r’ means $5+ and that is what Fiverr is doing after getting started with just $5? 😜Maybe an extra ‘r’ means $5+That would imply that the creators never meant it to be a $5 only platform, and that they had plans for growing right from day 1 or earlier
