What is the percentage of Top Rated Sellers per Eligible sellers?

I see many sellers have 500, 1000 reviews or more, which is easy to pass the 20,000 USD threshold,
but they’re still Level 2. Maybe the they’re been demoted or never get selected.

I wonder how many percents of people meet all requirements become TRS?

and with TRSs, what makes them different from the rest? If you’re a TRS, can you share some experience?

Because I will archive all the goals in one month, I’m not sure what to do to get selected.
