What is the solution for this kind of thing?


I got an order to make an application and I completed it with all the additional features asked by the buyer but after submitting my work on the 2nd day (i take 3 days to deliver) my buyer started blabbering about something amiss and he contacted fiverr and got the order cancelled, I got a message displayed on the ordered gig “this gig will be canceled within 24 hours if not able to deliver requested modification”, the problem is that i need to know what kind of modification he asked. Anyways the gig got cancelled and he got the work done for free. What am I supposed to do in this kind of situation in future?


they say they can’t force the buyer to re-order, the essence of it is that they can’t help. Anyways, what I’m trying to know is that what should I do if anything like this happens in the future.

Provide them the screenshots of the conversations too. This might be useful too.
