Buyer request is seller can create & publish the gig link (or) Buyer sending what he is want to done.
The buyer requests having (seller i can do) seller requests.So,

Buyer requests is supposed to be for buyers to post (request) about what they want to buy. Some sellers get confused or break the rules and post there instead which can make it appear complicated. Really, though, you should browse through it to look for only what buyers want to buy and nothing else.
