What is wrong with the language option?

I access the Internet from Latinoamerica, however I prefer to read websites including Fiverr in English, so I always choose the English option. Today after choosing the option and logging in I end up with half the interface in English and the other half in Spanish. It looks terrible! They are obviously translating the website by software, using geolocation or IP maybe, because nothing makes sense! The gig titles are horrible and even hard to understand, some of the menus options are translated and some are not, etc. This is why I always choose English because it is the native language. Now even though I tried with Firefox and Chrome I couldn’t make it work properly. It’s a total mess! And I don’t understand why this is set automatically. There should be an option in the account settings to choose the language for good.

Is anybody having the same issue?
