What just happened? HELP!

I got an order about 2 hours ago, but they didn’t fill in the requirements. I sent the message just now, saying:

‘Hi, thanks for your order.
Whenever you’re ready, if you could please fill out all the instructions/requirements you think I’ll need, I can get started for you.
Thanks again’

I sent it, and then it just refreshed my page and sent me a load of blank requirements, as well as starting the timer. Help!
