What percentage of the commission actually cut fiverr?

Hello I’ve completed an order recently . But the problem is that I was not paid for the work we did, more than 20 percent was deducted.

First my client orders me a certain amount. Then my client gave me an amount of tips. But all in all, more than 20% commission has been deducted from my account. here is the screenshot https://prnt.sc/v4r3ph .

If any of you are facing such a problem, please let me know how you solved it.

Its actually bug in the system. You can check in your total earning in this month from the dashboard that it has been added $90.16 for this order.

No, not earning page. Could you please check in your dashboard (Total earning in October) that it has been added total $90.16 or $60.20?

But in earning page you should see three earning part for this order. One is for first order revenue ($60.20), one for additional price and another for tips revenue.
