Can I share email/phone/skupe id or anything?
Why doesnt Fiverr understand that video calls are very necessary to understand the wants of the seller very much.

Because they’re not necessary for every seller, or every service.

Have you asked CS for permission to provide video calls? If you have then you should ask them what personal information you can share etc.

If you haven’t asked CS, then obviously you’d be risking your account offering video calls.
