What recourse do dissatisfied buyers have?

I purchased a gig and the seller has been very slow at completing the gig. The gig is marked as complete however I have not received the product and have requested many modifications that have not been implemented. Additionally, she has not responded to any messages in over a week. What recourse do I have as a buyer? Can I get my money back?
