What should be my maximum cancellation ratio to become level 1?

hi it’s been a month since me joining fiverr and made a lot of sales but according to support i should make more sales with less cancellation ratio to become level 1 so i was wondering what should be my cancellation ratio to do that?

22% (your current cancellation) is too much high!

I think 20% is MAXIMUM to Demote you from any LEVELS.



I don’t know what is the minimum, maybe it should never be prominent on your profile and that is the MINIMUM.



So decrease this and work out with buyers.

Speaking for myself, I had cancellation ratio of Zero AND a Positive Rating of 100% when I hit Level 1 and Level 2. You should aim for that. While you may not hit Zero and 100%, these numbers are critical during your incubation period on Fiverr. While your 97% PR is good, your CR 24% + 21% on each gig is holding you back.



You’re in a very crowded field on Fiverr. There are thousands of Level 1, 2 and TRSs with thousands of completed gigs that have a 100% PR and CRs in single digits.



You’re off to a rough start. You need to review your cancelled orders and see what you could have done to prevent it, and do whatever it takes to prevent it from happening again. Your Delivery time is quite long. Is there any reason why you can’t deliver a gig successfully in 1, 2 or 3 days?

thank you both for your answers it’s not that i wanted to take a few days after getting level 1 and that’s why i cancelled some of my orders now i am worried that it will take me alot more time to get there… 😦
