I have seen on social media many people asking that their account is banned. I think many of them don’t understand what shouldn’t do on fiverr. They don’t know the terms of condition very clearly.
I ask you all to give a clear guidelines so that they can keep their account safe.

What you are actually asking is reading the ToS to those who are too lazy to read them…

All everyone needs to do is just read. Read everything on their own.
True, it’s a lot to read, but you need to do it, there are no short cuts.
If people think that it is too much to read, or even after they’ve read it they still couldn’t
understand how things work, they shouldn’t be on Fiverr.

What you shouldn’t do is expect people to spoon feed you the information.
